At that moment, I really did not care. I just want out of the potential ticket and any potential fix-it items that he could have tagged me with. I know I took off fast but no clue how fast I was going. From a PD policy standpoint, he could get in trouble for it. He did make it clear he was a car guy with no ill intentions. It sounds like he could have given you a ticket so I'd say you are just super lucky that it was a car guy but really great story!
