The Swifts are specifically designed to work with your oem struts so they won't put much more stress than oem spring. I've had an og member telling me he is still running on his oe shocks 2 years after the swift installed, even with the occasional hard driving on the track. About 90% of the owners here use Swift spring, and for good reason.
