I would definitely try and talk them down to an OTD price of no more than $33k. Otherwise, look used here or on other sites. I paid $32K for a private sale 2012 Nismo with 10K miles. They are out there. That dealer probably paid (or took it on trade) @ $30K for that, maybe a little less. Don't be afraid to walk on them.
