I don't think anyone has been able to grasp the true cost of retrofitting GTR door-handles. Not only will you have to cut/mold the doors, but fab up the actual mechanisms for everything to work properly. You're looking at least $2K in labor alone, not including the handles from Nissan. Shaving, on the other hand, should be no different than on any other car as there are pre-fabbed kits available through the aftermarket.
Still...you must
really hate the factory door-handles to go through all the headache necessary to get rid of them. I say leave the shaved-handles for the mini-trucks and lowriders.
