ok, i really can't see the harm in a couple bursts on an interstate. Not street racing and is pretty safe during early morning with almost no traffic. Did it in my ferrari most recently to about 150 on i-16, 130 in miata when i got supercharger & new tires. It's a risk but w/ good judgment is worth it just to see... However explaining to an officer that “my ferrari needed to stretch her legs” is not guaranteed to be understood.
