Personally, I've given out creative baskets before (go ahead...laugh...it worked! ). I copied Boardwalk Empire, and put a LOT of peaches in a basket with a card that read "Thanks! You're A Peach!" It was for the girls at the dentist's office. All of them were married as well, and they were very grateful.
