I'm not saying lets pull a gun every time something makes me nervous. I am saying I will pull a gun if I feel like my well-being is being threatened. A very unlikely scenario because I avoid any such confrontations like the plague but you never know.

defending your family and self preservation is a whole different world than pulling out in a traffic dispute cuz one is irate. Drive off... Your ORIGINAL example of pulling out was cowardly. What you're saying now is different.
