Don't I know it! Wait till they decide that having skilled people on staff costs too much, then watch them scramble when the automation breaks down and they start loosing money (revenue) at a rapid pace because of lack of in house skilled manpower who could get things running again in seconds. Then sit in on one of their breakdown summary meetings where the resolution to the situation is to add more supervision...
