So I did my workout routine yesterday inside cause it was blazing hot outside at 5 pm. It was 2 miles of running in place breaking to do 25 air squats every 1/2 mile. For some reason (I think it's because I am lazy) I did it barefoot on our concrete floors downstairs, which must have loosened up my callouses, subsequently causing blistering

It didn't start hurting until the last set of squats. Luckily, my clutch foot is already feeling better this morning - it's my right foot that hurts the most. Today is lunges and push-ups so it shouldn't be too bad. Tomorrow is more running which may not be possible. Friday is rest day plus we're going to see Dave Chappelle (and a bunch of other comedians) that evening
