yea helical are great when you are on the ground all the time, if you hit curbing and get air or even a bit light, they go open. clutch type do not. Nismo is, i believe, the best way to go for clutch type diff's, just be aware you are going to need some serious cooling for it and regular changes with expensive fluid. helical diff's don't give a crap about the fluid. i know Kleeman has run wavetrack's and several other clutch type diff's and i think the Nismo is the best he's come across so far. he traded a quaife diff with Russ Rana for his nismo diff a while back.
