There may be something going on on a quantum level but, IRL, you're going to get zero light past the second filter for the third filter to act on. (There will be some light since the filters aren't perfect). If you arrange the filters in a 0-90-0 configuration, you will, for all intents and purposes, get zero light out.

The filters are not "twisting" the light passing through them, they are blocking the "wrong" waves. There is no way to "reconstruct" what isn't there.

Search for "optical bench" or "photo polarizer" to find places that sell filters, jigs, &c. You may be able to find some "filters" that actually twist the waves but they won't be photographic/sunglasses filters.
