Hey that was a good read - just read through most of it. I feel like you guys need some closure and a good laugh. So here it goes - Chris defrauded me out the Z and provided me a fake identity and registered the car under his gf. All of my best friends are cops and I found who the car was registered to and opened a civil case ( at this point no matter how much evidence I provided they wouldn't pursue). He gets it and flips out and tried to give countless excuses and tried to get me to drop the case. I wouldn't so he hired lawyers to resolve the matter. He gave the lawyers checks which were no good and the bank made an error (seriously) and showed as the funds arriving and I took my check and though it was done. Few days later the money disappears and the lawyers are furious. I've never seen some one so vengeful. So the lawyers harass the cops every day until they take the case. They impound the at July 26 which is why no pictures for the kit ever surface. The guy couldn't even get the turbos right (gt28rs). So I recover the car and the cops have laid charges on him for me and the lawyers. He was arrested last week - I don't know how long he will be in jail for / when he will actually go to court for the charges. I have conditionally sold the car to some one who knows the complete history. I will change my civil case to show a loss on sale and go after him and his gf (the car was registered to her and she knew it was stolen. Actually had the balls to call me about it).

So the turbo kit DID exist! It was a 350 HKS TT.
tl;dr Kristopher is indeed in jail. I told the guy I would email him your responses.
