I have the TWM shifter too. Works great.
On the install. Be careful of the white plastic cup that the shifter sits in. You have to remove it from the old shifter and install it on the new one. The fingers on it can break. If they do. You have to buy the whole factory shifter assy just to get the white plastic cup. Don't ask me how I know.
And use white lithium grease on it.
