He paid $200 for the Xpel product (8mm thick I believe - very noticeable I would imagine) and installed it himself. You're gonna see the line on a clear bra that thick regardless of whether a professional or a nutless monkey does the install I wasn't about to pay someone over $1K to have a line across my hood
