If you get a good quality cover that fits properly they usually have a cord you hook from one side of the car to the other underneath that keeps the center tied down and you should be fine.A good cover will fit nice and snug front and back.
Now I have had experience with bad weather and left a car out at a show over night and it blew very hard.No problem at all. Then again I have a soft underside cover that protects the finish also.
So search this site very good and there is alot of good info on covers.Do your homework and don't make any hasty decisions and you should be fine.Good luck!
