Comcast Crap
Ok, went to check my emails & had message my stuff had “unauthorized” access & I should change password. Security question would not go. Dammit, I know what my 1st car was! Spent the last hour online chatting with “Rashi” (2nd similar name online tonight) & then a verifying call from Indian accent guy I could not understand. For all the hassle of Comcast TV, internet, & phone can I not get someone that speaks English please or can type it? Give me a Native American already living in North America. I almost lost it several times during chat. The attitude was so condescending w/ “kindly” do this & that. FY Comcast. Is it just me?
