Ok so I had to go into the shop and yell at everybody
I hate doing this just do your job and I will be fine but when this project is almost at 3 months with rental car bills of $1500 enough is enough! So they adjust my price accordingly and made a lot of progress. Since this is a total color change they have to do jams behind door panels etc....
