Not entirely true. I don't see anywhere that it states pics are
required for parts (for now). It does state for selling a car. But, if sellers want items to sell and gain buyer trust, pics are highly suggested. I know I wouldn't buy anything without at least being able to make sure it's the exact part and condition as advertised. Buying anything sight unseen is too big of a risk (at least for me).
