He was a younger looking cop. Yes he was in a CHP cop car.
Yeah I know he could have done both, when he addressed the front plate I'm like crap, that's the icing on the cake.
In other words ..he pretty much gave me a warning without saying it and just gave me the smaller citation instead with no speeding ticket.
