Commercial grade hinges like that have a hidden pin that can only be accessed when the door opens. Some even utilize that set pin to make the hinge operate like a door re-closer too. With the pin in place good luck pulling the pins out. Or if they are normal house ones, you can also spot weld the pin. I have 2 commercial buildings and I did the door upgrades myself, only reason why I would know something random like that. Lol. And some more gee-whiz with that door, most commercial doors that are more security oriented are that way too. The frame seal is inside with the security hinges outside to make it hard to smash in, almost impossible if it is a steel door and steel frame. Would be easier to just sawzall you way in through the metal shell.
