Front bumper is damaged but I believe the crash bar is intact. Steering wheel air bag did deploy. Luckily it was slow speed (roughly 25mph) and I didn't hit a tree or anything. Just went into tall brush. I'm pretty sure salvageable but he passenger rear quarter panel has me worried. Undercarriage is good.

I'm very sorry to hear man. But glad that it wasn't at higher speeds and that you seem ok (i.e. more worried about the car than yourself

). Hope you get everything worked out both

For normal driving, the manual recommends 7500 miles. Most people on the forum do it sooner. The thinking behind doing one right after break-in is that the oil will have higher concentrations of metals due to the break-in process, and rather than let those metals circulate with your oil for nearly a full oil change interval, best to empty that stuff out, put in fresh oil, and begin your normal oci. I try to do it every 5K miles, but if I put a few extra miles on it before I find the time to do the oil change it's not a big deal.
