Exactly... That's why it wouldn't fail because basic bolt ons plus a HFC is not enough to trigger the MAF sensor to turn on the CEL for emissions. It will pass to my knowledge/fro experience.
Like I said, to be 100% sure, simply reflash to stock and flash back the tune after
