Well, service manager called back and said he found a TSB describing exactly what I am encountering, alot more friendly this time also. Still bringing the car to the dealer on Thursday, they are going to flush the old fluid and put in GTR brake fluid in it's place. That is pretty much where it stands at the moment.
On a good note, got my GTR lenses for the interior, my Fairlady Z emblem and new gaskets so I can put my HFC's on all from Z1 Motorsports!!!
