The balance tube is necessary. It basically balances the pressure from side to side. It will come with the GTM kit.
BUT THE BALANCE TUBE HAS TO BE THE GTM ONE FOR THEY HAD TO CUSTOM MAKE IT TO FIT AROUND/ NEAR THE VVEL ON OUR CARS.
