Ok, it was voluntary for consumer relations purposes. I remember the talk of legal action, and that wouldn't have held up. Apple did what Nissan
should do and give something back. I just doubt they're going to do it.
The most I could see is them doing something that doesn't cost them out of pocket immediately, like extending the warranty out another few years or something like that.
If you honestly don't like the car any more, then go ahead and get out of it. I'd think long and hard about that before I pulled the trigger though. Youre pissed right now. The decision to take a monetary loss like you would if you sold it shouldn't be made in anger.
