Can you measure the plates and bolt length?
The camber bolt is 3.60" long overall so I'd guess 85mm for the threads and 0.46" thick. the rear arm is 3.98" long overall so I'd guess 95mm for the threads and 0.46" thick. That's a M12 bolt! Best length I could find is a 90mm and 100mm and thread you can get whatever you want since you'll buy a nut to fit, 1.50 or 1.75. The stock nuts might fit one of the threads but I'm not taking it off to find out since the alignment can move. The 5mm longer length is ok too since the plates are thick and you won't bottom out the threads since its a small margin.
You need a M12 in either thread that's a 10.9 hardness. That's basically a grade 8 but metric hardness. You cant use a grade 8 standard bolt because they come in different thicknesses. 0.43" is the only one to fit and it'd be to small.
These bolts are at advanced auto normally in stock. Just ask for m12 1.75 x90 and 100 in 10.9. Part numbers are 99127090 and 99127100 . I'm not sure if these have the large built in head washer so you might need to buy some washers. These bolts are $1.29 each!! Fastenal has the built in washer bolts for $5.55 each, part number 11115702 and 11115650.
As for the plates...the width between the subframe notches are about 1.33-1.34". Just buy a plate of T6061 aluminium and cut out 8 1.33-1.34" squares. I'd go with 1/4" thick plate so the bolts have a lot to rest on. Here's a plate 8x8" for $9.18.
Order Aluminum 6061 Plate in Small Quantities at OnlineMetals.com
Than all you need is to mark the centers then, use a 15/32 drill bit and boom, done. You'll maybe spend $25-40.
PS, SPL doesn't use washer bolts so just buy from AAP and use a washer. Lol I like how SPL gives you a washer nut but not a washer bolt.
