lol im into brute strength, because god forbid if I am in a situation where Im the only one... and I need to defend myself. strength and big arms and just plain big size, will hopefully serve me well.
I was bullied in middle school and due to my medical condition, the school barred me from the gym and their other gym activities because of liability issues, so I bought my own stuff ( what you see in the video on facebook) and progressed, and eventually the bullying stopped because they saw how big I was getting so they scattered.
kept at it ever since. that was when I was 14 or so.
my arm size is 15.5-16 inches as of right now
