I've been trying to sell off all my toys and extra stuff I don't need and save money. My mom's medical bills are all paid off now

The rest of the money I make selling stuff is going towards a real estate project, I'm building a business strip to rent out. It's a huge initial investment but will pay off in the long run. I plan to have ~12-15 units for rent once it's complete and it's in a developing area
