Yeah, there's nothing you can really do about it. You'd have to completely shroud the radiator so that nothing was between it and the outside, and the shrouding would need to be insulated so that it couldn't heat soak itself.

As an engineering exercise, this would all, in theory, stop heat soak of the intake tract, but in practice, it's mostly a waste of time for 99% of cars out there.
