according to nissans press release they are, the only thing is that the dealers that are getting them don't have their allocated units on the lot yet as most of the 2014's are still sitting in shipping or at the port waiting to be cleared for release. i know for a fact though that the 2014 that i ordered has been cleared to be released from port this coming wednesday and hopefully at my dealership by the weekend
