I don't think it will last longer than the PSS, but it definitely grips better. THe RE11s were quieter than the stock tires new. I can tell you after 12K miles, they are absolutely terrible to drive as they are extremely noisy!!! I am driving through it now, makes me want to trade the car in for a quieter one.

And RE-11's are cheaper...
And they're less noisy than my current Yokohamas
