More observations:
Besides being substancially more rev happy, I've noticed that the shifting doesn't feel anywhere near as "clunky" as it did before the install. I don't know if the extra inertial mass of the stock harmonic balancer had anything to do with it, but it is NOTICEABLY better now. I've also been resetting my MPG computer and have noticed the average seems to be 2-3 mpg higher than what I was registering before the install. I will run a couple of tankfulls through and monitor the numbers to make sure this is for real.
Thanks again to NST, I'm happy with the mod and am looking forward to doing something more substancial in the near future. Guess I'll wait until SEMA to see what's available.
