You'd have to buy a new oil temp gauge whether you put new gauges in the dash pods or stash it in the cubby. You're far enough into this build where another $2-300 is just noise. I wouldn't go without it completely. I'd say it's arguably more important on a sc build than a boost gauge, since you're running a fixed boost level and don't have to worry about overboosting. Not to say you're considering not running a boost gauge, just that's where it would fall on my list of engine parameters to keep an eye on.
