Low cal portions. Lots of veggies, chicken and fish. I've watched my portions mainly. You'd be amazed how much you can lose by just eating proper portions!
Oh yeah, I track everything easily with the mynetdiary app. It analyzes your daily intake and offers suggestions, such as particular food items that contained trans fat or too much sodium. It also has nutritional a d weight charts that i like to follow. Good stuff.
I also find its important to live a little during the weekend. 1 or 2 cheat meals keeps you from going crazy.
