Default Need help with offset of wheels

Hey fellow 370z'ers

Picked up my Nismo 370Z in gunmetal last night. This coming week, I will be putting an order in for a set of wheels and would like some advice from people here with more knowledge of offsets and wheel sizes.

I would like to lower the car around 1.5 inches and looking for a nice staggered look but nothing that is aggressive that rubs or requires pulling the fenders or running a smaller tire size. I've read on this forum people going with 19x11's in the rear but not sure if that what I am really looking for.

So the wheel I am looking at is either the Work Gnosis GS4 or GS5. I would like 295-305 package on the rear with 19's all around. What is a doable staggered look that will give me a lip but not have to worry about the issues listed above?
