I do apologize for your issue. I have been aware of your order and the issues we have had with acquiring the product you ordered. We ordered your skirts and they did indeed come in damaged. The replacement skirts were ordered then and as with everything we have had to order from Japan recently there is excessive delay. I do understand your request to cancel and agree.
I have very little to do with the correspondence with customers but I do know we have three guys dedicated to answering emails as soon as possible. Not sure where this email chain has gone but I do know if you contact Chuck or myself directly we will take care of this issue immediately.
This also goes for everyone else reading this, if you have any issue that may seem to take longer than expected to resolve please feel free to contact either of us directly by phone or email. As with the majority of us here at Z1 our email addresses are our first name @z1motorsports.com. Please keep us updated as to how this goes or if it has been resolved since I am typing this at the house and cannot confirm any details with the sales staff.
