The scale reads the same for me as it did a month ago, but people keep telling me I look great and like I've lost a ton of weight. I must just be redistributing it LOL!
All I know is I'm getting stronger and faster as far as this running sh!t is concerned.
The RunKeeper app has been letting me down with poor GPS tracking, so I'm gonna do a 5K fun run next Thursday night to get a guage on where I'm at. AND, it's sponsored by a bar which is offering a free beer for finishers.
