for real though, I can bench 2 - 45plates plus a 25 on each side. squats max is 4 plates haven't tried 5 yet I have buddies that are jacked who can do 5 - 6 45's that **** is insane to watch! These are the guys pumping reps with 3 - 45 plates on the bench no problems
so are you saying I am weak? i do that weight at 5 sets of 15...

True! But cardio is your best bang for your buck IMO if you were to do one thing and only one thing...
wrong... Cardio is great... but if you lift, you get better cardio...
you have to remember, I have tofit test twice a year.. just running doesn't cut it...
