We have to rent Avis unfortunately. For the most part, their cars have been good, I typically get a car with less than 3,000 miles and decently equipped. It's the customer service that gets me. Half the time my name isn't on the preferred board when I get there and I have to check in at the desk. Two weeks ago they didn't check in the car I returned AND rented another one to me the following Monday. I call in and the lady said I had two active rentals....uhh hello?

They gave me a Chevy Equinox once with 2miles on the Odometer. I returned it with 250miles. I also floored it out of the lot
