I didn't get Sinister Z, but I probably would have if I were behind you at a light for a while. Eventually if I don't get a plate, I'll just start saying it out loud, and often that solves it.
Thats what I figured people would do because thats what I usually do when I don't understand a plate that I come across... and I wouldn't mind explaining it anyways, I went around and asked a couple of friends if they understood it before ordering it and most were able to figure it out.
