I do have a 1 inch drop. However, this Floor Jack from Harbor Freight works awesome. A member above mentioned the 2.5 Ton Floor Jack from Harbor Freight, IMHO the 2 Ton Floor Jack (URL above) is nicer because it's longer and lower. I actually purchased two of them when on sale. Wait for a sale and get them for about $89 each. This floor jack makes lifting the Z a breeze. I use both floor jacks in conjunction to lift both sides of the front and/or rear together. Yes ... I'm a little anal, I know.

I support the vehicle by placing the jack stands underneath the frame of the vehicle. I'm by no means a professional mechanic, so do this at your own risk and be sure to research yourself. Below are some pictures you may find helpful.
