I'm just hoping I can keep motivated and actually
do these challenges I've set up.
Friends that are into all this have told me that if I even did a little bit I could easily get a "chiseled" look, because my body fat % is so low.
I don't want to get big, just a defined/tone look. And to just be in better shape.
