Who really runs mechanical boost gauges though? Most people don't like the delay/under-reported response you get from a true mechanical gauge.

In my car, I could justify it because the total tube length would be less than 24 inches, but in most people's cars, where they wanna run it up the A pillar... Yeah, they're gonna be using electronic gauges with a sender mounted in the engine compartment.
