So, what are you looking for, tips on how you would use it?

You'd feed that surge tank with an in-tank (main tank) pump that would run wide open (or with a FPR), then you'd feed your engine with a pump mounted in that surge tank. You'd have a return line going from the surge tank to the main tank so that when it was full it would just return to the main.

It would probably HELP, but it wouldn't fix the issue without additional lift pumps to keep the flow coming in all situations. I think the engine could gobble up that surge tank's capacity in no time.

The stock fuel pump assembly has a small surge capacity built in to it. I plan on engineering a low cost solution where I feed that surge capacity with 2, 3 or 4 low-cost lift pumps. All in all, I think I can do it for less than the cost of that surge tank, easily. Jury is still out on whether or not it would be enough, though.
