OK, so I think I have a relevant issue. I have been having this issue for quite some time now and I have a service date set up for next Friday. When I wash my car water gets into my passenger side floorboard. I have posted about this extensively. The service manager seems to think that it has something to do with a plugged ac line. I really don't think so but we will see. They originally tried to tell me that the undercarriage wash had knocked a grommet loose on the firewall and they popped it back in, but I had the problem while hand-washing it. I guess we will finally see what the issue is since I have raised so much hell about it now. I will repost when I have my answers... GOOD LUCK!!
