^^^ That is the reason I want a full-swivel gopro cam on at all times inside my car. Record someone's stupid (illegal) antics and deliver to local PD. While I do like justice chubbies, it's really about making sure they don't do that or worse to someone else who doesn't take it as well as you (or me).
