Ok, the fronts are a little more complicated than what was posted.
you've got sensor lines along with the brake lines that you can't have attached to the coilover when it comes out. You will also need to remove the black bracket that is on the lower shock mount position, otherwise it is nearly impossible to get the coilover assembly out of the car.
also, when you are pulling the coilover out, mark the pillowmount and the shock for positioning before you pull the spring off, you will want to align everythign correctly when you reinstall. The front springs are nearly impossible to do with a simple spring compressor (you can't get them compressed enough with that setup), so I suggest bringing it to goodyear or something to have them swap the springs for you. I paid $45 to have mine swapped, well worth it and you don't need a compressor for the rear so that saves you the time of renting/buying one.
As was said above, the rears are simple. Pull the wheels off, unbolt one side of hte control arm with a jack supporting it, then lower the jack til the spring comes out and replace.
