Finally, dont know the truthfulness of this but a car salesman once told me in d.c or a MD county they used to mail you the traffic ticket with a picture of all the occupants in the car. They stopped because some violators were caught with "passengers" that shouldn't have been there so it was causing a lot of "spousal insecurities" i.e who is the woman in the car with you.

Like I said research it. How do you know that will happen? They told me that would happen. Guess what? I've got new license, new plates, nothing happens. Now don't get confused with getting pulled over and a ticket vs your cars plates are seen and they try and give you a ticket. Big difference. A cop giving you a ticket and you not paying will result in a bench warrant for your arrest. You can't arrest someone if you own the car, your daughter was driving, she finds and throws away all the tickets that come in the mail. The owner didn't do anything wrong.
