My understanding is that if someone is in your family or friend circle of 10 people, they can have access to all of your shared games at any time but only one of them can play at a time. You can always play your own games at any time, even if someone else is playing. So it really sounds pretty incredible and Microsoft really needs to explain things a lot better because people are freaking out but its really not as bad as people are making it out to be.
