they simulate the weight of having to move the car also!
so when you on a dyno jet and get your 290whp, thats just how much you can make to the wheels
when you make that power on a loaded dyno thats the power you actually HAVE moving the car.
also they are alot better for tuning because they simulate actual load on the motor and drivetrain better, providing more accurate tuning

Both of these are excellent when it comes to tuning. If I could, I would only get tuned on these. It may read lower, but I don't care about numbers; I care about accuracy, consistency and real usable power.
